“What power you have in attention! You create your experience of life with nothing more than your attention. Life allows you to create in this way. It allows you to have the experience you choose to create. You can have a life that is lost in the drama and pain of the false self or one that is an expression of the true self. It is your choice.”

IGNITE Your Sacred Power!
The world is what we think – but how do we transform our thoughts? How do we Ignite the Power of our True Nature in our daily experience of Life? How do we access that highest aspect of our consciousness that calms the mind and heals the body?
We all have two thought systems. One is unified and connected to our Sacred Power/Universal Nature and the other is not.
One heals and the other creates situations that require healing.
In each moment we are following our True Nature or our false nature and creating our experience respectively.
In this 8-Week Online Class Series you will…
- Understand and gain self-awareness at three levels of consciousness taught in ancient Hawaiian Philosophy of Huna that connect us with unified thought system of the Higher Self that heals.
- Build a daily practice of mindfulness, working with your Higher Self, healing emotional triggers to create new neural pathways of self-care, compassion and the embodiment of the Light of your Sacred Power.
- IGNITE your intuitive and inspired nature, the Higher Self aspect of our unseen consciousness that supports and guides us in navigating our way through the challenges we face in the external world with the grace and effectiveness of our Higher Self.
If you are ready to IGNITE your Sacred Power and reclaim your Unified Thought System, I look forward to working with you and your Higher Self in this online group series.
NOTE: Each week, notes will be emailed prior to the class. Classes include teaching, guided meditation, group exercises, group discussion, and a personal oracle message from your Higher Self. Self-work is to be completed between each class. Maximum: 20 participants.
