Buffy Knowlton is a professional intuitive and healing practitioner, dedicated to helping people live more consciously and whole-heartedly within the new world paradigms. She is passionate about supporting clients in transforming limiting patterns and finding purpose in living their authentic stories.
Trained in several modalities and known for blending creativity and humour, Buffy’s lightwork explores how our states of being, words, and actions literally and symbolically reflect our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and choices; how our external reality mirrors our internal; how nurturing our feminine traits and balancing them with our masculine is fundamental to our wellbeing going forward. Her practice is designed to expand understanding of personal co-creation with Source. To do this, she seamlessly merges divine guidance with practical initiatives during her sessions.
Forever an educator and perpetual student herself, Buffy’s career began as a high school teacher with the Peel Board of Education, specializing in English, Drama, and Curriculum Design. She later expanded her ‘classroom’ to work as a consultant for both a prominent psychology practice and an award-winning architectural design-build firm in Oakville. Buffy also has over 21 years experience in the Ontario children’s camp movement, and is an avid volunteer. Most recently, she is a founding member, past Board Chair, and two-time Build Director for Volunteer Builders, now in its 21st year.
Buffy has studied and trained with some of today’s leading pioneers, including Erwin Pearlman, Eric Pearl, Chris Cuciurean, Jean Haner, Tom Schlesinger, Geoffrey Montague Smith, Colette Baron-Reid, and Christian Mickelsen. She also continues to learn through the expanded teachings of Gregg Braden, Joe Dispenza, and Brené Brown, to name but a few.
To broaden her reach, Buffy co-authored Life Design Portefolio, a richly illustrated work that guides readers to actively engage in their own life stories by recollecting, reconnecting, and redesigning. It is an invitation to move away from preconceived definitions of self and move toward conscious recognition and choice. Buffy’s book, Life Design Portefolio, is available at Akasha’s Den.
