Sacred Singer, Meditation and Body Awareness Teacher, Speaker, Coach, Author, Actress

Student of the Harmonium and Diamond Heart Teachings; a Kripalu yogini; Award-winning Voice Actress

Sunday is a soulful singer who shares her original compositions through voice and harmonium. She has taught voice and movement across North America at NYU, the National Theatre School, Covenant House, and the Children’s Theatre Company NYC, as well as being a guest instructor at the Mallorca Holistic Retreat in Spain. She was nominated for a Voice Arts Award through the Society of Voice Arts in L.A and is a proud recipient of the Mid-Atlantic Voice Award. Her movement and voice workshops have been featured in the Huffington Post.

Stemming from a rich performance background in theatre, comedy, dance, mask, and cartoon voice-overs, Sunday guides and mentors many creatives on their path to success.

Although she sang as a child and performed in musicals until her mid 20’s, her sacred singing only started to reveal itself after years of doing a creative dream practice, mixed with movement and self- inquiry, using Diamond Heart teachings.

All she knew was that when she sang from her heart, she felt at home in her body and it was healing the debilitating exhaustion she had been experiencing for many years.

Her songs and teachings awaken a powerful direct knowledge into the heart centre through love.

A Sufi herself, Sunday cherishes her time singing for Sufi groups and Whirling Dervishes wherever and whenever she can.

Sunday’s ongoing studies include Qoya Dance, Dreamwork, Diamond Heart, and Sufism, and she is readily available to help guide others through voice, movement, and sacred singing.
